Structure Design

We are providing Economical and Sustainable design solution for Industrial and residential structure. We have expertise in Steel Structure, , PEB building, Water tank and Retaining wall Design.

Fabrication Drawing

We have large experience in field of fabrication drawing. We provide accurate fabrication drawing using Tekla software with accurate BOM.

Interior Design

Our firm offers creative and intelligent responses to your goals and requirements. We know how to listen and infuse your personality into our design and convert it into a livable or workable space.

3D Visualization

We provide realistic 3D render Photos, 360 view and walkthrough for proposed Planning with required detailing.

GIDC/PCPIR Approvals

Proposed and Extension drawing as per CGDCR- 2017 Gujarat and Approval from respective authority. Providing service for Subdivision and Amalgamation.

DISH Approvals

Proposed and Extension drawing as per Factory Act, 1948 and Approval from DISH, Gujarat. Providing services like License application, Renewal of Factory license and BOCW application.

Building Development Permission

Proposed and Extension drawing as per CGDCR- 2017 Gujarat and Approval from respective Urban Development authority and town planning dep. Also Providing service for Subdivision, Plot Validation, Amalgamation and BUC Certificate.

Valuation

We handle valuation works wherein the market value of the property is derived, depending on the type of construction, Location of the property and other factors

Estimation and Tendering

Providing Estimations for Civil and Structure Building. Provide Estimation as per Schedule of Rate of Gov. of Gujarat (SOR). With the Help of estimating software.
